Rates are $575.00 a night on Friday and Saturday, $287.50 a night on Weekdays.

HISTORY: This historical Victorian home was built by Fred Rider, Esq. in 1883. The Honorable Mr. Rider was the Town Judge of Ellicottville in the late 1800’s, both his son and grandson named after him were also Judges of the Town of Ellicottville in the early to mid 1900’s.
